Shipping

Complimentary worldwide shipping on every order. Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days within Europe and 5–7 business days worldwide, including processing.

All orders are fully tracked, with tracking details provided upon dispatch. We ship DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), so duties and customs charges are included, with nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Delivery to pick-up points is available in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Denmark.

Returns & exchanges

Return or exchange within 30 days of delivery via our returns portal, in original condition with tags attached. Returns of full-priced items are free within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany; for sale items and from other countries, return shipping is at your own cost. Refunds are made within 10 business days.

Full-priced orders arrive in our signature black gift box with silver details. Discounted orders always come in a branded Cauca shipping box; the gift box is not always included.
